Role Description
We are a small and friendly team based in Clapham looking for a Coordinator to join our busy digital department.
You will be working with high profile names on projects that include educational campaigns, fundraising, stakeholder engagement, branding, internal and external communications.
This is a role that requires excellent organisation and administrative skills. You will be able to work independently and take ownership for projects but also enjoy being part of a team atmosphere and working in a creative environment.
What we are looking for
Experience
- Project coordination with proven track record of delivering all assets to deadlines
- Administrative skills including strong verbal and written communication
- Track record of collaborating with external stakeholders and managing clients to build strong working relationships
- Demonstrable understanding of systems management and managing budgets
Skills
- Strong organisation with a meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent time management with ability to prioritise tasks, respond accordingly and work on multiple projects at different stages of production
- Proven IT skills (proficiency in Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gmail, Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ability to forward plan and schedule workflows
- Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated and with good initiative and able to work independently as well as with different people from different backgrounds
- Friendly and approachable attitude that represents Postcard's ethos and values
- Awareness of digital trends and ability to identify opportunities for growth
- Motivated to create and streamline processes
