Your role
As a Content Specialist in our Employer Branding team, you'll:
- Work on the social organic content calendar for the full year
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including creation of content, scheduling posts and responding to comments
- Create, launch and successfully deliver Employer Branding and recruitment marketing content for various owned careers channels – such as careers website, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube.
- Take a hands-on approach to content creation and work closely with all regional Recruitment Marketing and Campus Marketing leads
- Work with inhouse graphic designers, video editors or external production agencies where and when it makes sense – but a lot you’ll do by yourself
Your team
Your expertise
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent (preferably in marketing, communications or HR)
- 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing including copywriting, content creation and/or community management experience on social channels
- First experiences with social scheduling tools such as Sprinklr or Hootsuite as well as creative programs such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar
- a fast learner and able to cope in a dynamic and changing environment within an agile set up
- native-level English speaker and copy writer
- a flexible team player who thrives in collaborating in a global team while having the confidence and motivation to work independently
