SalaryMy client, a leading travel business based in London, is looking to recruit a Brand Manager (Content & Production) into their growing marketing team. Currently going through a sustained period of growth this role is a key hire to the business, and will encompass brand, campaigns, partnerships, and content.
Reporting into the Senior Brand Manager, this role blends traditional brand management responsibilities, as well as supporting with the production of branded campaigns and shoots.
My client, a passionate disruptor, takes their work very seriously, but doesn't take themselves too seriously. Creating Innovative and cutting-edge content is at the core of everything they do. You will act as the brand guardian and help shape the creative direction of content for all brand campaigns and shoots.
You will be highly creative and have a strong eye for detail, knowing how to get the best from a shoot and best represent the brand.
The role:
- Manage annual Brand campaigns, across a range of different channels.
- Act as the brand guardian for all campaigns and content - ensuring everything adheres to the tone of voice and is visually on brand.
- Work with the Senior Brand Manager to deliver the annual production shoot calendar, including pre-production, post-production and on shoot support.
- Be able to tell a story and capture the brand values and vision with content and campaigns.
- Work with the production manager on shoot, to get the best possible content from each shoot.
- Support with the activation of brand partnerships and influencers across different channels
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience within a similar Brand Manager role, ideally within the consumer space.
- Experience leading the creative direction of shoots to tell a story and represent the brand.
- Highly creative and strong eye for detail
- Highly organised and ability to work across several projects at one time
- Collaborative and a can do attitude
