We are seeking an experienced and talented Brand Manager to join our team on a permanent basis in our London office.
As a Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our brand and implementing brand strategies. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, drive brand growth, and contribute to the overall success of our organisation.
In this role, you will have the chance to lead brand campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams and analyse consumer insights. You will also have the responsibility of monitoring brand performance, managing budgets, and implementing strategies to enhance brand awareness and loyalty.

About the role
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness and brand equity.
- Monitor and evaluate brand performance metrics, providing timely reports and analysis to key stakeholders.
- Support the Senior Manager in providing brand leadership across the Group and be responsible for leveraging it in support of our purpose and strategy, especially strengthening the mutual choice for our customers.
- Support the brand narrative to all internal and external audiences.
- Contribute towards building, managing, and protecting the company reputation via our guidelines, brand governance, global trademarks, and through close relations with our sub-brands.
About you
- Experience managing campaigns and working effectively with advertising and media agencies.
- Good understanding of channel management including digital marketing, TV and radio production, display advertising and social media.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, consumer behaviour, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
