The Advocate Group are partnered with an international spirits producer and distributor, to find them a Global Senior Brand Manager.
This person will own the brand strategy and activation for a premium spirits portfolio, building the equity and growth of the brands with consumers and trade worldwide!
What will you be doing?
- Developing brand strategy roadmap with global brand positioning
- Delivering best in class portfolio and new to world product innovation
- Budget management, owning A&P and supporting on the P&L
- Managing all brand global communication initiatives and campaigns
- Developing activation toolkits, POS and guideline support for local market implementation.
- Manage agencies and external stakeholders.
About you
- FMCG Brand management experience in a global role is essential!
- Proven experience building brands, with understanding of the full marketing mix
- Experience working with insights, category trends and competition analysis
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Developed NPD and product innovation
- Passionate about premium drinks!
Benefits
Bonus: 10% depending on the company’s performance and individual KPIs.
