Description
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing marketing plans
- Leading and executing the Innovation pipeline
- Monitoring and analysing market trends and competitors.
- Overseeing the development and execution of advertising and promotional activities.
- Managing the P&L and ensuring all activities are within cost parameters.
- Working cross functionally across multiple markets and regions
- Work closely with external agencies to deliver compelling brand campaigns
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in brand management within the FMCG industry.
- Demonstrable experience in innovation
- The ability to manage multiple projects at once
- An entrepreneurial flair
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- A creative mindset with a strong focus on innovation and growth
- International experience is beneficial but not essential
