Job Type: 3 months contract but great potential for extension
Senior Brand Manager required to play a pivotal role in shaping and managing a major telecomss brand, its visual identity and experience strategy across key workforce touchpoints. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manage all aspects of the client's brand identity, working closely with internal and external strategic and creative agencies.
- Support in developing a stronger employer brand strategy to articulate and amplify our Employee Value Proposition, ensuring consistency and alignment with the client's brand and purpose.
- Translate the client's culture and brand into tangible experiences and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive implementation across key employee touchpoints, e.g workplace, events, digital experiences.
- Support on strategic brand projects for the core client's brand and for new emerging businesses in the portfolio.
- Establish tracking tools to measure brand health and the impact of brand related initiatives.
- Experience in Brand strategy
- Strong understanding of strategic brand management, employer branding and experience strategy.
- Strong creative skills and ability to develop brand identities from the ground up.
- Good understanding of insights, data, proposition and campaign development.
- Experience with leading and managing creative agencies.
- Experience of telecommunication or tech industry is preferred.
- Agile and organised, able to manage multiple, diverse projects simultaneously.
- Innovative and creative, able to bring new thinking to the table.
- Curious and collaborative mindset, open to new ideas and trying things out.
- Articulate and engaging, with strong communication and storytelling skills in PPT.
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Self-starting, resilient, and output driven.
