As our Senior Brand Marketing Manager, you will be part of a central marketing team working closely with Retail and Remerchandising teams. You will provide management of the marketing function to a group allocation of premium fashion brands, helping to devise and execute marketing plans which are consistent with our marketing calendar. You will create, develop, and foster strong working relationships at both central and local level with the brands marketing teams as well as central and local village teams.
What you will be doing
The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following:
- Develop 360 marketing plans for the Brand with commercially viable retail and marketing initiatives to achieve the financial goals bringing together in village experience and brand activation moments such as reopening.
- Collaborate with central and local teams to ensure consistency and full alignment with the guidelines and objectives of The Bicester Collection.
- Operate a common calendar with the brand - partnering on a personalised annual plan to align on key brand building and commercial moments (strong product & offers) across the villages.
- Nurture brand relationships with the brand's main marketing contacts, to build trust and secure greater brand engagement to ensure that Value Retail becomes the partner of choice!
- Prove the marketing value by sharing convincing evidence such as examples of success achieved by peer/ competitor brands.

- Broad long-term experience (6 years+) in premium or luxury Brand Marketing
- Senior professional with a focus on results and a strong track record in achieving growth
- Educated to degree level or equivalent qualifications is preferrable.
- Excellent project management skills, comfortably taking the lead.
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
