Job Description
An exciting opportunity to join Galderma's highly successful consumer division has arisen covering the UK and Ireland markets. Here you will collaborate closely with the sales, ecommerce, and category marketing team members to drive the success of our well renowned brands Acnecide, Purifide, and Curanail.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and define the brand strategy and lead the OTC (Acnecide+Purifide & Curanail) portfolio across UK&I, owning a 3-5 year strategic NPD plan with our global colleagues.
- Brand Champion & Guardian internally making sure all departments understand the brand and its goals and can articulate them clearly - point of contact for dissemination of global brand information and approved local claims.
- Work closely with Media & Creative, PR, Social and Influencer agencies to deliver media plans, content, and drive market out performance.
- Brand Education planning from HCPs to instore staff, to internal teams.
- Identify need for market research and brand health studies for invaluable insights, working closely with the category team
- Work collaboratively across the teams in Galderma to deliver the very best performance
- Leading and developing 1 team member
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in Brand Management/Sales/Trade Marketing, ideally with prior exposure to OTC/Pharma
- Experience of delivering commercial KPIs and brand plans
- Excellent UK customer/ FMCG market knowledge
- Degree in Marketing/Business would be desirable
- An entrepreneurial, adaptable and confident mindset
- Strong presenting and communication skills
