SalaryWe are working with a fast-growing, multi-cultural FMCG company that provides leading, premium quality products inspired by flavours from around the world. Operating in 40 countries worldwide with ambitious expansion plans, they are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to take ownership and responsibility for their growing portfolio in international markets.
The Senior Brand Manager will:
- Full responsibility for product portfolio in international territories such as Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, Holland, Malta and Cyprus - from developing the marketing plan through to implementation and evaluation of activities
- Regular reporting of performance and KPIs to senior leadership team
- Budget Management and responsibility
- New packaging development and alignment with Technical team
- Lead consumer insights for different target audiences and communities in key territories
- Strategic brief and coordination with global social media and .com managers to optimise existing digital channels
Required skills and experience for the Senior Brand Manager:
- Understanding of commercial context and brand management (full marketing mix)
- FMCG experience
- International experience preferred but not essential
- Analytical and data analysis skills to provide business insights
- Creativity
- Strong organisation and project management skills – ability to work independently
