This company are a reputable and award winning practice of professional chartered surveyors who are renowned for their high quality work within the residential, commercial and education sectors. Looking to expand the business with exciting projects on the cards, our client pride themselves on encouraging a friendly environment whilst delivering a bespoke and innovative service to their clientele offering solutions tailored to meet each clients individual needs. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an enthusiastic Chartered Surveyor to join their expanding team.
In this role you will be based in their Woolwich office working on site with flexible hybrid working available. Projects will range in size within the residential and commercial sectors. Working closely with the team, you will conduct surveys, feasibility studies, site inspections, quality management, manage tenders and procurement, contract administration and writing up reports.
The ideal candidate is a qualified MRICS Building Surveyor with multiple years' experience post qualification. You will have good interpersonal skills as well as being able to communicate effectively as this is a client facing role and you will be representing the company.

The Role:
-Chartered Building Surveyor
-Conducting commercial and residential building surveys
-Undertaking feasibility studies
-Site inspections and attending site meetings
-Writing up and finalising Reports
Requirements:
-Relevant Building Surveying experience
-Good IT skills
-MRICS
-Strong report writing skills
