The central London offices, conveniently located off Oxford Street, offer easy access to the entire estate on foot. As an active landowner, our client prioritizes developing assets to the highest standards, fostering customer satisfaction, maximizing yields, and contributing to the community through charitable support.
Responsibilities include project-led duties such as cyclical and planned maintenance, refurbishments, alterations, and replacement of building services. The ideal candidate holds a degree in building surveying, possesses project or professional experience, and is proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
