Salary £60,000-70,000 per annum.

Cobalt has the pleasure of working with one of London's top Property Investment and Asset Management Companies that owns, manages, and develops assets across the commercial sectors. With an impressive portfolio across the City of London and surrounding Boroughs, our client is looking to hire a senior level, Building Surveyor to be part of the team in the management of occupied and vacant properties as well as the upgrade and refurbishment projects across the estate.

You will be responsible for new build projects and upgrades, PPM strategy and management, CAT A, A+ & CAT B fit out works valued from £10 million to £50 million. You will be part of a close-knit team working to deliver the property strategy of an impressive London Asset Manager. You will need to be driven and have the ability to multi-task to help the business achieve their goals.

Building Surveying Requirements:

• Degree qualified.
• MRICS/MCIOB/MAPM Qualified
• Experience working for a developer or leading consultancy within a commercial remit
