SalaryA prestigious London firm, which has long been known for its impressive Real Estate practice, is looking to hire a Senior Associate into the Commercial Real Estate team to work specifically on their Corporate Occupier work. The firm has a stellar reputation in this field, consistently bringing in a high quality of work, which has been recognised by the Legal 500. For this particular team, matters often include corporate headquarter locations and lease portfolio management. Clients come from an interesting selection of industries including finance, professional services and media clients, including film and TV.
To be considered for this role, you must have between 5 - 6 years' PQE from a similarly well regarded firm and an excellent basis of Commercial Real Estate experience, such as landlord and tenant matters and due diligence.
A desire to develop your specialism in the Corporate Occupier sector is also required.
