Our client, a rapidly expanding independent property consultancy established in 1999, has quickly become a significant player in the East London real estate market. Specialising in providing expert property advice across various sectors throughout the region, we are currently seeking a talented Commercial Property Sales and Lettings Consultant to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize your extensive experience as a Commercial Property agent to assess, appraise, and compile comprehensive sales and leasing details for commercial properties.
Manage and oversee the promotion of commercial properties for sale or rent, providing regular updates to clients on marketing strategies.
Identify and secure new instructions from new and existing clients, leveraging established connections to expand business opportunities.
Stay abreast of market trends, transactions, and incentives within the real estate market, ensuring up-to-date knowledge to inform decision-making processes.
Enhance and maintain the market visibility and reputation of the agency team and the wider company within East London.
Collaborate effectively with other key departments to facilitate cross-selling of clients and related services, maximising business potential.
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the principles and practices associated with Commercial Property Sales and lettings.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
RICS qualification preferred, but not essential depending on relevant experience.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant market experience in Commercial Property Sales and lettings.
Strong business development abilities, with a proven track record of success.
Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Methodical approach with attention to detail, capable of working independently and taking initiative.
Commitment to delivering exceptional client service, coupled with confidence, diplomacy, and professionalism.
Remuneration:
Competitive basic salary ranging between £35,000 to £40,000 per annum (depending on experience).
Attractive bonus/commission scheme to reward performance. OTE - £55k+
