WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Provide administrative support to the commercial team
- Assist in preparing and managing contracts, invoices, and other financial documents
- Coordinate communication between various departments and external stakeholders
- Help maintain accurate records and databases
- Assist with market research and analysis
- Support in organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Handle inquiries and correspondence in a professional manner
- Assist with data entry and report generation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and project execution
- Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the commercial department
WHAT TO LOOK FORWARD TO
- A basic salary of circa £25,000 - £40,000 DOE
- 26 days holiday, plus bank holidays
