Operations Assistant - Leading Commercial Barristers’ Chambers

This is an office-based role

Our client, is a leading Barristers Chambers based in Lincoln’s Inn, WC2. They are very highly regarded and have consistent tier 1 rankings in the leading legal directories for their advisory and advocacy expertise in each of their specialist practice areas across the whole remit of Commercial and Chancery Law, for both domestic and international clients.

Following a period of sustained growth, Chambers now seeks to appoint a highly suitable, personable individual to the position of Operations Assistant, a role that will offer significant support to its first-class and highly personable team.­­­­­­­­­­­­­­

This entry level role would suit someone who is looking to begin a career in a legal support role.  No experience is necessary and full training will be provided. 

Reporting to the Head of Operations, key responsibilities include:

• Assisting barristers to and from court.
• Preparing bundles of authorities, photocopying and filing documents
• Facilities support as and when required
• Provide general assistance to barristers as and when required
• Offer general support to the wider team as required
• Deliver post, documents and urgent items to barristers, clients and courts
