A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for a small but fast growing professional services firm located in Camden. They are looking for an energetic, personable and super organised individual to help co-ordinate and manage the day-to-day smooth running of the business and assist the team with all administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their business support skills in a friendly and supportive working environment.
What you will be doing:
- General office support, e.g. scanning, binding documents, downloading reports
- Order stationery and other office supplies
- Order lunch daily
- Organise couriers/post
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organise and coordinate team meetings
- Deal with any queries on phone and emails
- Handling IT issues
- Provide general support to visitors
About you:  
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook - including calendar management)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Super personable and excellent customer service skills
- Enthusiastic with a strong work ethic
This is a permanent role, 5 days in the office.
