The Client:

A successful venture capital firm based in the heart of Soho. The team have around 30 people in their London office, including an admin team of 5, and offer a non-hierarchical and collaborative team culture - with a very low staff turnover as a result.

The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for two Reception and Team Assistants to work in tandem to provide front of house and administrative support. Responsibilities will be varied and involve:

Reception duties:

• Meeting and greeting all incoming guests and visitors
• Answering and redirecting phone calls as appropriate
• Management of the meeting rooms
• Office and facilities support.

Additional administration duties:

• Overflow PA / EA duties for the admin team, including cover during holidays and supporting during periods of high workloads
• Supporting Events Manager with coordination of external and internal events
• Support with projects across the wider business (ad-hoc)
• Organizing weekly team lunches
• Ad-hoc tasks for the wider team.

Candidate Specification:

• Previous office experience, ideally in a fast-paced corporate environment
• Proactive and positive attitude
• Strong teamwork skills and able to work both as part of a team and independently
• Self-starting and quick to learn

Additional Information:

• Salary is up to £45K depending on experience
