SalaryAs Commercial Lead you will support the development and implementation of policy to deliver strategic and Commercial objectives.
Key accountabilities:
- Assist in the development of new approaches and contractual mechanisms to address specific, complex Commercial issues in individual franchise competitions.
- Advise on relevant policy, commercial and contractual issues.
- Influence policy developed by other parts of the Department so that impacts of other policy decisions are taken into account by policymakers.
- Work with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Help to develop and implement a fully transparent approach in policy development.
Key requirements:
- NEC4 Contracting in Construction & Professional Services
- Experience of leading on complex procurements
- Strong Stakeholder Engagement
- Strong knowledge of Public Sector Regulations - PCR - 2015
