Essential Skills: The ideal candidates will hold Active SC clearance and have a proven Commercial/NEC4 Contracting in Construction background, with the following skills/ experience:
- NEC4 Contracting in Construction Professional Services
- Experience of LEADING on complex procurement's
- Strong Stakeholder Engagement
- Strong knowledge of Public Sector Regulations - PCR - 2015
