SalaryOur client a multi-disciplinary consultancy, based near Islington, are currently seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join them due to continued growth. In this opportunity the successful candidate will be undertaking all associated duties which are required by our client whilst reporting back to the Building Surveying Directors. Projects will include office and residential refurbishments and historic building conversions.
It is envisaged that the successful candidate is a Chartered Member of the RICS with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
Chartered Building Surveyor Position Remuneration
- Salary: £60k - £75k DOE

- Assisting to supervise and develop staff, including their APC training
- Have good presentation and communication skills, in verbal, written and drawn media

Chartered Building Surveyor Position Requirements
- Chartered member of the RICS
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a PQE
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Especially Excel and Word
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Excellent interpersonal skills
