About the opportunity:

The Assistant Brand Manager - Digital Communications will play a key role in supporting the Marketing team in delivering a seamless and excellent customer experience across our restaurants and online channels. With a detailed eye for design, and a natural flair for creativity, you’ll be responsible for delivering print and digital marketing materials across our restaurants and digital channels to drive customer engagement. You’ll also work closely with all arms of Marketing (Innovation, Brand, Digital) as well as cross-functional teams (Operations, Supply and Commercial Data) to support the new product go-to-market campaigns.

What you'll do:

  • Developing high-quality and compelling creative marketing assets for brand campaigns and NPD campaigns. Driving a unified BK brand narrative across all and consistency with brand guidelines, legal regulations and partner brands.
  • Daily management of design agency, managing project workflows to ensure smooth delivery of creatives to timely deadlines.
  • Management of merchandising allocations across all restaurant and digital touchpoints including web, app and delivery channels.
  • Working closely with print agency for in-store campaigns and ensuring timely print asset delivery.
  • Supporting and organising photoshoots, coordinating with the studio, food innovation team and food suppliers, and managing budget.
  • Support execution and roll out of in-store and digital NPD calendar to in-store and digital channels.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth roll out of multiple campaigns in parallel and acting in-store and online POS channels representative in cross-functional meetings.
  • Inspire and improve in-store and online visual identity, keeping up to speed with competitors with regular competitor visits and latest QSR trends, and seeking innovative ways to cut through clutter.
You will have:

  • Minimum 3 year’s experience in a marketing, creative content or merchandising role.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience in the QSR/FMCG/Retail or Food industry ideal.
  • Familiarity with design terminology and the creative design process.
  • Understanding and ideally experience working with digital and print marketing channels.
  • Proven skills in project management and comfortable working in a highly collaborative, cross-functional business.
  • Highly creative and analytical, with ability to apply brand application across integrated channels
  • Self-starting and driven to achieve results with a passion for customer experience.
