We are on the lookout for an exceptional Assistant Manager, someone who is driven by very high customer service values whilst meeting company targets and increasing profit for the business.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
- The business owes its success in part to its premium customer service and as an Assistant Manager, your role will be to drive an optimal customer experience and manage the day-to-day running of the boutique.
- In this role you will provide essential support to the Boutique Manager in meeting sales and team targets, delivering on KPI’s, motivating the team and handling the operational day to day aspects of the boutique.
Requirements:
- A proven Assistant Manager in a premium / luxury brand environment.
- A front runner in all things customer service driven and able to use their initiative and demonstrate confidence and common sense at all times.
- An excellent listener and communicator and genuine people person.
- A problem solver, calm and patient and tolerant.
- A motivator, a leader and a mentor.
It is ESSENTIAL that you can bring experience from a LUXURY environment to this role, perhaps in Retail or in Hospitality.
