The Role:
Bid Coordinator and Sales Administrator
To coordinate the capture and distribution of all public sector tender opportunities across Peregrine. This is a networked role that requires an ability to work under pressure and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
This role will join the Peregrine bid team, under the supervision of the Senior Bid Manager.
We create better outcomes for the business and our candidates by identifying the best, most diverse people who have the skills, values, mindset and potential to help us realise our strategic ambitions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the tender daily digest process, including:
- gathering all relevant public sector tender opportunities
- cataloguing the tender opportunities in our database
- distributing the tender opportunities to all relevant stakeholders
- actioning requests for tender documents.
- managing tender portals and inboxes, including clarifications
- Identify and re-work existing pre-written content where relevant
- Re-write/edit proposal responses from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, technical/product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery
Requirements:
- Strong time management/prioritisation skills
- Capable of adhering to a rigid process
- Strong written English language skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Creative thinking and content production
- Communicate and influence at a senior level
Desirable
Experience in a similar B2B market
Experience in the recruitment industry
