Bid Executive
We are seeking a Bid Executive to join this dynamic, successful, and friendly professional services firm where you can really make your mark. You will be supporting the business by assisting with smooth running of the tendering process, data management, and assisting with the production of bids to support fee earners’ business development activity and drive business growth.

This is an opportunity to join a well-regarded and growing law firm located within easy access of Kings Cross and Farringdon mainline stations and Chancery Lane tube. The role is suitable for hybrid working although the successful candidate will be required to attend our modern office on a minimum of one day each week.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring portals and email inbox and downloading and circulating relevant tender opportunities
- Assisting with timely planning and co-ordination of all aspects of bids, from initiation to completion, to high-quality standards
- Co-ordinating tenders including chasing authors for and collating content to ensure timely submission
- Populating responses with standard information and boilerplate text
- Formatting responses and creating simple graphics in line with our templates and branding
- Proofreading and uploading final tender responses
- Monitoring and recording feedback
- Updating bid pipeline report, key tender resources and supporting information including CVs and content library
- Building internal and external relationships with individuals to create quality bids

About you
Essential Requirements
- Degree-educated or equivalent
- Advanced Word skills, and proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Related experience such as proposal writing, editorial or legal PA background
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Highly Desirable
- Understanding of the public sector and public sector procurement
- Experience in a Bid Executive or bid writer role

What you will be getting in returnOur HQ is based in London. The firm is generally supportive of hybrid working and the successful completion of this role will require you to travel to London for a minimum of one day of the working week.
