The Civils & Infrastructure Division at Ford & Stanley Group are proud to be working in partnership with one of the UK's leading telecommunications specialists, to source an experienced Bid Manager to Join their Bids & Tenders Team.
The Opportunity:
Our client is one of the leading telecommunications specialists in the UK rail sector, offering a variety of service and products for both the infrastructure, and rolling stock markets.
This is an exciting time to join the business, as recent investment has helped drive forward their growth, and take their group in a new direction, including pushing into the international market.
Primary office location:
Scunthorpe - Hybrid/Remote working available
Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Role & Responsibilities:
- Collation of Bid Submission responses and forming into a cohesive offer to our clients.
- Prepare Bids and Tenders, EOI and PQQ for ADC group of companies interpreting client requirements and developing a suitable bid strategy
- Organising Pricing and contractual reviews.
- Co-ordinating with business functional departments drawing on subject matter experts to product a professional response to requests for price/tender ensuring it addresses the client requirements.
- Raise potential ISM security breaches to the ISM Manager
- Assist in ISM activities (investigations, training, etc),
What do they need from you?
- 4-5 years’ experience within a comparable, Bid Management related role.
- Previous experience operating within the UK rail sector.
- Previous experience producing bids for large scale infrastructure or trainbourne technology related projects.
- Solid commercial / contract acumen.
- Project Management or Bid Management related qualifications, such as APMP, APM, Prince 2.
