Salary Reporting to a Bid Director, the Bid Writer will work within a bid team, to produce high-quality, compelling and persuasive written content for bids, proposals, tenders and other work-winning submissions.
You will be responsible for understanding client requirements and engaging with subject matter experts to develop storyboards, content plans and written bid submissions that articulate the value and benefits of Mitie's client-focused solutions.
Working within a high-performing bid team, you will deliver bidding excellence to help secure opportunities across a broad range of projects and services. The primary focus of the role will be within Healthcare FM opportunities. There may be the requirement, depending on pipeline and demand to support bids within other Mitie public sector businesses including but not limited to Local Government and Education and Care & Custody.
This role requires close working and leadership of other Bid Writers, team members, and other key stakeholders to develop winning bids, tenders and proposals.
