ESSENTIAL SKILLSRail/Civils ExperienceTunnels backgroundBids and Tenders backgroundStrong Pre-Construction experienceMember of the Association of Cost Engineers or equivalentHNC or higher in Civil EngineeringHold or working towards chartership.PTS / CSCS card holder
RESPONSIBILITIES:Support the Bid Manager in preparing PQQ & Bids.Attend/Contribute/Hold workshops with key engineering stakeholders.Create detailed construction methodologies and schematics.Creating P6/MS Project programmes.Production of/assistance with the development of quality documents.Assist to develop Bill of Quantities/Material Take Offs.Assist in building project budgets.Researching, sourcing, negotiating, and obtaining quotations from suppliers & subcontractors.Support the bid writer/manager with answer planning/Storyboarding.Support the transition of successful bids from Pre-Construction to delivery.
