Sales (Bids & Tenders) and Marketing Manager - Hybrid working 1-2 days in Hertfordshire office
The primary focus of this role is on bid writing & creating compelling marketing content. The role will include managing HubSpot,
utilising Adobe InDesign for design purposes, and implementing mail shots to prospective clients. The Sales and Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in elevating the company's market presence and contributing to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities include:
Bid Writing:

  • Responsible for the end-to-end process of preparing and submitting bids for various projects. This involves a thorough understanding of client requirements, project specifications, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development teams to gather necessary information, ensuring that bids are not only accurate but also aligned with the specific needs and expectations of clients.

Marketing Content Creation:

  • You will be a creative force, driving the development of engaging and compelling content. This includes but is not limited to newsletters, promotional materials, and various collateral aimed at capturing the attention of their target audience.
  • Utilising both written and visual elements, the Sales and Marketing Manager will create content that resonates with their audience, builds brand awareness, and ultimately drives customer engagement.
  • Create content for newsletters, ensuring alignment with the Head of Departments, creating and designing the final draft.
  • Contribute to the development of brochures and company literature.

Tender Portal, Social Media &HubSpot Management:

  • Manage and optimise HubSpot to track leads, analyse campaign performance, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Create and execute mail shots to prospective clients using HubSpot.
  • Review and Management of Tender Portals and complete any online portal opportunities in collaboration with Business, In addition to managing our social media.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, with a focus on bid writing and content creation.
  • Proficient in using Adobe InDesign for design purposes.
  • Experience in managing HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
