About the Position:
Beconsi Burlington is looking for a Bilingual Sales Consultant who is passionate about helping small businesses. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to interact with clients, understand their business needs, and recommend the most effective solutions. This position will be working from home and attending to the weekly meetings in our London office and work closely with our sales team.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients over the phone or video, answer questions, and provide guidance as needed.
- Develop an understanding of the business and its goals.
- Evaluate proposed solutions and research new solutions to client’s challenges.
- Build rapport with clients and sales staff to ensure a positive experience.
- Document and update CRM system.
- Follow-up with clients to provide an update on the services they are considering, as well as to follow up with any outstanding issues or concerns that the client may have with our products or services.
- Reachable hours: M-F 9-6pm (rotating weekends) Settle up-front costs for equipment rental and customer quotes. (We are willing to train)
Requirements:
Must have a Business Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree preferred) - Business, Marketing, or Communications is a plus.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, as well as with co-workers.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Speaking English is a plus , However your first language is more important.
- Must be Bilingual.
