Bilingual Telemarketing Executives

We’re calling out for confident Bilingual Telemarketing Executives who are looking to use their language skills within a vibrant environment that offers hybrid working.

This company prides itself on the service it delivers and acts as an extension of its client’s businesses to provide all-round telesales and telemarketing services. The company is flying at the moment and is working with several international clients on upcoming campaigns, which need temporary support from native bilingual-speakers who are confident on the phone and capable of building rapport.

The campaigns they are looking to fill include:

• Native Brazilian Portuguese Speaker
• Native Spanish Speaker
• Native German Speaker

All positions will begin on the 27th May 2024 or the 3rd June.

Telemarketer Responsibilities:

• Use your Brazilian/Spanish/German language skills on high-profile campaigns
• Contact prospects to build a pipeline and identify opportunities
• Provide excellent customer service by effectively responding to queries and understanding customer needs
• Maintain an accurate CRM system by updating relevant customer information and recording all activity, ensuring all data is correct
• Undertake market research

Telemarketer Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience gained with an outbound sales position
• Native Brazilian speaker / native Spanish speaker / native German speaker with sound English language skills
• Excellent telephone etiquette and confident performing high-volume outbound calls
• Superb interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone
• Outgoing, enthusiastic, and able to influence
• Forward-thinking and has a can-do attitude
