We Do Group are exclusively supporting a private equity backed business in London to hire 3 Billing Clerks. Initially, these roles are 6 month contracts but with plenty of work to be done and more work being won by the business, this could easily extend into next year for the right candidates.

Our client has a fast pace, buzzy and inclusive environment where you would be in the detail on a day to day basis. If you prefer to only send emails rather then picking up the phone or having the right conversations, these roles wont be for you. Our client needs people who are proactive, solution led, happy to walk over to various internal stakeholders and connect the dots quickly before moving onto the next task.

The Role:

• Process invoices effectively and efficiently whilst maintaining open conversations internally with the business.
• Respond to a high volume of daily e-mails and client inquiries and discrepancies.
• Ability to flag e-mails and follow up for resolution
• Resolve billing discrepancies
• Review daily priorities to ensure that scheduled responsibilities are addressed
• Manage the daily upload of invoices from the sales/ commercial teams.
• Assist Credit Controllers on invoicing queries.

The Salary:

£200 - £250 per day (Inside IR35)
