Key Responsibilities Of the Billing Clerk
* Issue accurate invoices
* Create and issue credit memos
* Resolving billing issues
* Update customer portals
* Liaise daily with CS teams and Sales to ensure accurate billing
About You As The Billing Clerk
* Proficient English language skills, any other language would be an asset.
* Ability to time manage and prioritize.
* Ability to work with a segregated team in different time zones.
* Use of Microsoft Office including Excel, Teams and PowerPoint.
* Attention to detail and service oriented
* Excellent written/communication skills.
* Experience working in an processing/admin role
* Experience working with multiple currencies.
* Ability to support high volumes
