This business is bringing its Billing & Sales Ledger function in-house, so this is an opportunity to completely grab with both hands!
You will receive really thorough and in-depth training from an experienced manager who is brilliant - she will give you endless support!
You will assist with the Credit Control however the ledger is very clean and has been well looked after so it's more a case of sending reminder emails and keeping on top of customer relationships as opposed to chasing down the debt!
You'll raise the sales invoices and credit notes, set up new customers and deal with queries; so, an exemplary phone manner and attention detail is absolutely critical for the role.
This position requires an individual who can work between 30 - 37.5 hours a week, and they can be really flexible with start and finish times - ideal if you have commitments outside of work! Want a Friday off? No problem! Need to do the school run daily? Absolutely fine. This is a business that understands and appreciate work/ life balance.
