A leading organization is seeking a Billing specialist for the National billing team based in Feltham, the ideal candidate will be detail orientated, think outside the box and be a strong team player and ideally have experience of invoicing clients and overseas offices. This role is Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. working knowledge of 'Cargowise' would be advantageous but not essential.Key Tasks
- Import & Export billing to Customers & Overseas Agents
- Intercompany Cost Control
- Intercompany Queries on incorrect invoicing
- Updating new client rates in internal system
- Direct contact with overseas offices/agents and customers
Skills and Competencies
- Basic understanding of client rates or quotations for Air or Ocean freight
- Understanding of the transport and logistics industry and other sectors within the business
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Office 365: Excel, SharePoint, Teams etc.
- Ability to meet targets and deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail skills
- Ability to be a Team Player
