Bim Coordinator

An exciting new opportunity has come in with a leading UK Architecture practice known for their advanced use of technology. They are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator with large scale and complex projects experience to join their vibrant London office.

About this role

This is a critical role for this award-winning practice with particular focus on complex high value large scale projects. You will work closely with the design team and will support them across all stages ensuring the best use of BIM tools and workflows. You will also work closely with the BIM Manager and other BIM Coordinators ensuring practice standards and procedures are upheld and followed.

About you

• You will have advanced knowledge of Revit
• You will have extensive Revit modelling, model management and content creation experience
• You will ideally have experience of BIM delivery on a large scale complex project before
• You will have good knowledge of UK BIM Standards and building regulations
• You will have prior experience of managing COBie information and deliverables
• You will ideally have some knowledge of Dynamo and Rhino gained from working on live projects as well as Solibri, Navisworks and clash detection experience
