Our client are looking to expand their team of waste collection operatives and we are helping them find the best applicants. This is an excellent opportunity to join our team offering an immediate start within the Market Harborough area of Leicestershire.
Working as a loader on the waste collection team, your job is vital to the collection of waste and recycling within the community. You will go out with the fellow crew to planned routes daily. This is a physical job where you will be walking/running throughout your shift as well as heavy lifting at times. You must have a good level of fitness and also be comfortable working outdoors in any weather.
This position offers an immediate start for successful applicants following a site induction.
Previous experience in a similar role is desired.
Experience of working outdoors is essential.
Safety boots and hi-viz vest must be worn at all times when on shift.
This is a temporary but ongoing position offering full time hours every week. There is also a real opportunity of this becoming a permanent position. Immediate start following successful site induction.
You will enjoy a 3 day weekend every single week with this 4 day week shift pattern. You will work Tuesday to Friday every week from 06:30am. Finish times will vary depending on the work load for the day but you can expect to work up to 10 hrs per day.
You will be paid £11.44 per hour.
