What you'll be doing:Provide expert SHE guidance and assurance to a designated business sector within a Business UnitOffer precise advice on SHE legislation and company procedures, ensuring alignment with the business context and agreed timelinesPerform SHE audits and inspections according to internal procedures and ISO 45001/14001 standards as scheduledInvestigate SHE incidents, accidents, and non-compliance issues, delivering comprehensive reports with root cause analyses within specified timeframesSupport SHE workshops and training sessions within business areasActively participate in the improvement of SHE management systems, process audits, wider SHE activities, professional development, and demonstrate positive SHE behaviors
Your skills and experiences:Practical internal auditing skills, with a preference for ISO 14001/ISO 45001 Internal Auditor certificationStrong familiarity with BAE and SHE management systemsIn-depth knowledge of UK SHE legislation, corporate responsibility framework, sustainability model, and legal requirementsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, coupled with exceptional report writing abilities, is essential
