Our dynamic residential block management department requires a new member for our team to look after their own portfolio with each property varying in size & location
Block Manager - Property Management - Essential Applicant Qualities:
- Previous experience of Block Management
- Competent communication skills in all forms
- Attention to detail in ensuring that the properties are maintained to the clients expectation
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in a team & on your own initiative to prioritise work loads
- Ability to manage multiple works/projects simultaneously
Block Manager - Property Management - Role Duties:
- Dealing with client’s day to day issues to ensure a resolution in a quick and efficient manner. - Proactively communicate with clients, leaseholders and residents
- Ensure relevant insurances are kept up to date
- Undertake periodic site inspections and checking on contractor’s work
- Calculating service charge budgets for review by senior management and for client approval
- Liaise with clients on Section 20 project works.
- Attending and chairing residents’ meetings & AGMS.
- Proficiency in Health & Safety for reporting and actioning purposes
- Experience in dealing with Leaseholder sellers packs
