On behalf of our clients, we're seeking a dedicated Full-Time Block Manager to join our expanding team in the HA5 area. In this role, you'll oversee a diverse portfolio of blocks in and around the area.
Our longstanding clients have entrusted us with their properties for years, and we're experiencing growth necessitating this new position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day operations for your assigned developments.
- Manage financial aspects including budgets, accounts, and reporting to clients.
- Conduct regular site inspections and supervise maintenance tasks.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders through AGMs and other channels.
- Assist the property management team.

Ideal Candidate Attributes:
- Ideally AIRPM/MIRPM qualified
- Minimum 3 years of Block management experience
- Some experience and understanding of property management.
- Driven by career progression.
- Exceptionally organized.
Salary Range: £35,000 - £40,000
Monday to Friday 9am-6pm Alternate Saturdays with a Lieu Day during the week.
Option of a company car.
