BMS Service Sales Account Manager

BMS Service Sales Account Manager required for our client, one of the largest Controls Systems companies in the North of England. They offer a wide range of market leading products that will provide engineered solutions for the control of services within any building environment.

You will be based in the Atherton office, with regular travel to and from customer sites when required.

BMS Service Sales Account Manager Position Overview

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you would be part of an experienced Sales team with the responsibility to grow our maintenance book with end-users in the Northwest region.

You will be required to self-generate leads and develop new and existing client relationships.

BMS Service Sales Account Manager Position Requirements

• Targeting end-users, FM (Facilities Management) companies etc in the Northwest region, you will be expected to source and secure new BMS maintenance contracts.
• A basic understanding of BMS systems would be advantageous however candidates from a similar sector such as HVAC, Air-Con, Fire Alarm etc would be considered.
• At least 3 years' experience in a similar sales role.
• Full UK clean Driving Licence.

BMS Service Sales Account Manager Position Remuneration

• £25,000 - £30,000 DOE
• Uncapped commission
• Technical Training
• Monday - Thursday (8am - 5pm) and Friday (8am - 3:45pm)
• Company Car / Car Allowance
• Business Miles
• 25 days + 8BH
• Pension
