We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Team Manager to lead one of our Contact CentreSales Teams. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for managing, coaching, and developing our Sales Team to ensure they deliver the high-quality service that Lead Tech is known for.

Overview of your role: 

As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing, developing and coaching your Sales Team, ensuring our customers receive the assistance they need. In this role, your team will be at the forefront of connecting with customers who seek financial advice through social media and specific Lead Tech websites. These individuals are looking for guidance on various financial matters, including pensions, investments, equity release, and mortgages.

Coaching and Developing People: As a Team Manager at Lead Tech, you'll have a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by coaching and developing our Sales Team. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the professional growth and success of our team members, providing them with the guidance and support they need to thrive in their roles. Key Responsibilities: 

Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve their full potential. 

Create and implement strategies to drive sales performance and exceed targets. 

Provide ongoing training and development to enhance team skills and knowledge. 

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes growth and success. 

Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures to maintain quality standards. 

Manage the performance of Contact Centre teams, providing guidance and support to underperforming employees to help them improve. 

Recognise and reward the achievements of high-performing employees, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. 

Develop and implement performance improvement plans to address areas of concern and maximise team productivity. 

What We're Looking For: 

Proven experience in sales and team management, with a focus on coaching and development. 

Proven experience in performance management within a Contact Centre environment. 

A passion for coaching and developing team members to reach their full potential. 

Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire employees at all performance levels. 

A track record of creating high-performing Sales Teams

Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and support. 

A results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to driving continuous improvement and achieving team objectives.

Additional Details: 

This is a full-time role, with working hours between 8:00 am - 8:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and one Saturday every 6 weeks.
