Soper of Lincoln is looking for a BMW Business Manager.

Your role.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Manager to join the team at Soper of Lincoln.

The working hours are 08:45 - 18:00 Monday to Friday, 08:45-17:00 Saturday, with a day off in the week and Sundays off.

The Business Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the finance and insurance department, by being at the core of all sales enquiries and developing the sales team. The role will assist and lead F&I sales, whilst coaching sales executives.

Applicants should demonstrate excellent communication skills, be adaptable, flexible, and willing to learn within the scope of the role.

The candidate will be an existing Business/F&I Manager, with proven experience in a prestige motor industry.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding experiences that encourage returning customers.
• Ensure customers have a clear understanding of the obligations they have entered in to, with integrity and through treating customers fairly.
• Observe regulations, policies, and guidelines as well as adhering to FCA regulations and standards.
• You will be required to have a good understanding of funding options for business customers.
• Attend the BMW Training Academy, to become a BMW Group Certified Retail Manager.

Your profile

• A UK driving license
• 2 years’ experience within a franchised dealership
• FCA Accreditation
