SalaryAn Executive Assistant with Fluent written and spoken French is required for a busy CEO within a creative sector.

The Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in the business and will be gatekeeping for the CEO, inbox management, keeping the day to day administrative operations running smoothly. From managing intricate schedules to providing support and organising internal and external events, arranging complex travel and diary management and creating reports for board meetings. The EA will be communicating with High Net Worth Individuals.
Chosen individual will need to demonstrate a passion for excellence and a knack for communication in French and have exceptional organisation skills. They will need to be tech-savvy and a multitasker ideally with an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience ideally within the creative sector. Ideally the candidate will need to have proven high level EA experience.
This role will be based in the office from Mon-Friday normal working hours
