Duties & Responsibilities of a Bodyshop Advisor:
- Interacting with customers, understanding their vehicle repair needs and providing detailed information on the repair process.
- Identifying, owning and handling the risks involved in running the business appropriate to the role.
- Providing service level agreements and ensuring that customers are contacted regarding repairs.
- Be accountable for your performance and contributing to site performance.
- Prospecting for repeat business through referring to service histories and effectively follow-up calls to customers.
- Maintaining accurate records of repairs, estimates and communication for reference and compliance purposes.
Your Background & Skill:
- Proven experience within an automotive customer service role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Ability to keep up to date with vehicle and product knowledge.
- Organised and committed.
