- Manage on-site team of experts (paint sprayers, panel beaters, MET technicians, estimators, and administrative staff).
- Experienced in team management and driven by results.
- Understand business needs, accounts, reports, and KPIs.
- Efficiently manage site resources and costs for optimal capability and profitability.
- Actively manage relationships with work providers and suppliers.
- Handle customer issues and complaints effectively.
- Prior experience as a Bodyshop Site Manager with expertise in health and safety protocols.
- Ensure consistent adherence to health and safety measures.
- Plan workload to meet agreed timescales for vehicle readiness.
- Work skillfully and safely, following manufacturers' specifications.
- Lead and collaborate effectively within a team or independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexible approach and commitment to high standards with a focus on customer satisfaction.
