Salary: £45,000

Eastbourne Theatres are looking for a dynamic, hard-working individual to join their team in this important role managing the Congress and Devonshire Park Theatres within the Devonshire Quarter in Eastbourne.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will be responsible for the smooth running of both venues with particular responsibility for the Technical and Front of House teams. We are looking for someone with strong multitasking abilities, adept at handling pressure, who can demonstrate efficiency in day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate should excel in prioritising workloads, exhibit meticulous planning skills, and possess effective communication skills for interacting with a wide variety of people. You should also have experience of managing significant budgets. We are looking for someone who has relevant experience working in a comparable environment with proven experience of line management, motivating and developing a wide range of staff.
