We're delighted to be exclusively working with a global STEM business based in Billingham on the appointment of a Training / L&D Assistant.
This is an exciting new role and opportunity to work closely with the wider HR / L&D team to coordinate learning & development initiatives globally. You'll get involved with:
- Launching new content through face to face and virtual drop in session
- Support with management of the company LMS (Kallidus)
- Working with the LMS to support with HR analytics and reporting
- Coordinate training across the business, working with internal and external stakeholders
- Management and coordination of job profiles / families
- Manage personal development through the business training academy
