Job Role: As a Bodyshop Manager you will be required to work amongst the workshop staff within your given area of expertise to motivate the team and give support where needed. Working closely with senior management to monitor workshop performance, you will be responsible for the organisation of the workshop diary and the drivers collections and deliveries, you will need to keep the workflow running smoothly whilst identifying any problems that may occur and make sure these are dealt with swiftly to ensure the profitability and quality of repairs are maintained.
Experience/ Qualifications:
- Background of management/ leadership role in accident repair.
- 2-5 years experience is required
